Micromax has recently revealed on its official Twitter handle that its new line-up of ‘IN’ series of smartphones will be unveiled on the 3rd of November at 12 noon on its official channels. Earlier specification of the series of IN mobiles was leaked by a known tipster.
Chinese brands have been dominating the Indian market for a few years now and it could be a big come back for Micromax to re-enter the market and hold its position. There had been rumours that Micromax will be announcing the new line-up of ‘IN’ series in the first week of November and now it is confirmed that there is a launch event on 3rd November 2020.
The brand mocks the chinese brands that has been popular in India and launches the teaser of its launch date that is going to be held on 12 PM IST on 3rd November.
Earlier, name of one of the Micromax ‘IN’ series appeared on the geekbench which was named Micromax 1a that revealed that it run on Android 10 with Helio P35 chipset and 4GB RAM.
The phones that will be launching in the market will be mid-range budget phones that will have a price range of Rs.7000 to Rs.15000. These two phones are also said to be powered by Helio G35 and G85 chipsets. They are expected to have two variants each.
