Google has announced ‘AndroidHelp’ Hashtag on Twitter To Get the Android Smartphone Queries from users get Answered. The users just need to post a tweet with the hashtag #AndroidHelp. Through this hashtag, Android’s Twitter account will provide quick support for its users. According to a post on Reddit, you should be able to get assistance with general troubleshooting, identity, and authentication, accessibility, security, and others. Rather than sending a direct message (DM) to the @Android account, keeping the query and replies public means others with similar issues would be able to find a solution a lot quicker, instead of waiting for a reply.

It was seen that most of the users used this new support system to ask questions about updates related to several devices on which Google cannot comment as it’s up to the phone maker. Some have also registered complaints concerning their Android phones. Many users sought support after facing trouble on the Android Messages chat service.
The tweet has received a huge response from the users. Through #AndroidHelp, users are sending tonnes of queries but there is no official response from @Android yet. However, it is not clear how Google is going to respond to so immense amount of queries. The most expected solution that can be seen to bring a solution for so many queries is Google developing an AI or machine learning algorithm that will help to eradicate the spam and bogus requests.
