What is ToF Sensor?
ToF is Time of Flight which is used to capture depth details when taking a photo in portrait mode or recording live focus videos. This sensor can be seen in the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra which is 0.3 Megapixel sensor with f/1.0 aperture. Since the tweet suggests that Galaxy S21 Ultra will be lacking this sensor, it may suggest that Samsung will be working on a workaround or have another way of capturing the depth of field details.

In another tweet of Ice Universe disclosed that Galaxy S21 Ultra will maybe have QHD+ Display with 2K resolution and have 120Hz refresh rate. This may affect battery usage but we believe that samsung has a way to work this out.
It is also known that the flagship devices will be launched early next year which will have a centre punch hole camera. Depending on the market the phone will be power with Snapdragon 875 or Samsung Exynos 2100 processor.
